How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a 24-hour tracked service for orders placed before 3 PM Monday to Friday.
Are your e-liquids TPD compliant?
Yes, all 88Vape e-liquids are fully TPD compliant and manufactured in our UK-based facility to ensure the highest safety and quality standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments via PayPal.
Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on e-liquids if the seal remains unbroken. Hardware can be returned within 14 days if it is in its original, unopened packaging.
My vape device is leaking, what should I do?
Leaking is often caused by overfilling the tank or using an incorrect PG/VG ratio for your coil. Ensure all seals are tight and refer to our online troubleshooting guide for specific device tips.
