At 88Vape, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, clearomizers, or coils unless they are faulty.

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.

Send your return via a tracked postal service to our Manchester warehouse; please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
